In principle, full payment of the reservation is required at least 60 days before the beginning of your stay. We have updated our reservation and cancellation policies to offer more flexibility and peace of mind when booking a stay with us. We now require payment no later than 14 days before the start of your vacation. Cancellation is possible without charge up to 14 days before the start of your vacation – of course we rely on your common sense to notify us as soon as possible of a change so that we can “turn around”. The payment and cancellation policy under number 3 and 4 below is therefore put on hold.
